Stage 1- Reconciliation
Most community developers will tell you that after relocation, one of the biggest steps toward development is
reconciliation. We must reconcile man to man. We must get beyond the self-hatred, that is destroying our people. In Jesus' Sermon on the Mount, he gave us two jobs. He said that believers should be salt and light for the world. Through community outreach, Project R.O.B. is striving to meet this objective;
